Sisters please when measuring yourself make sure that you give exact measurements.
If you add inches your garments will be too big. Inches are added for you.

Measuring Wrist To Wrist:

For the on the Head Abaya you need to measure the length of your arms to make sure that your sleeves will be long enough. So to do this please have someone to help you.  You will need to take the measuring tape from one hand like at the middle of the hand right after the fingers and pull the measuring tape across the head down to the other hand. This will give you your width and your sleeve length for the abaya so that your sleeves will not raise once you put it on your head insha'Allah.

Measuring Your Face:

Take the  measuring tape and place it at top of your head and bring it around your face under your chin to meet the beginning of the tape measure at the top of your head. That number is how large the face opening should be for your Cape Khimar.

Measuring Your Length For Jilbabs & Abayas:

Your will need help for this one, turn with your back facing the person that is helping tell them to place the tape measure at the top of your shoulder. Take the tape measure down to your feet where you want your garment to stop.

Measuring Your Length For Skirts:

Start at the waist and down the leg to where you want the skirt to stop.

Measuring Your Bust:

Take the tape measure and place it up under your arms and go around your back to the front of your chest.

Measuring Your Waist:

Take the tape measure and place it on the belly button and go around the back to the front of your belly.

Measuring Your Hip:

Take the tape measure and place it right on the beginning of the upper thigh go around the buttocks back around the front.

Measuring Your Arm:

Start at the bone of your upper arm and shoulder bring the tape measure down the arm to where you want your sleeve to stop at.

Measuring Your Shoulder

Start at the end of the shoulder which meets the neck and end at the bone that meets your arm.
